Polyethylene (PE) film
The permeability of PE film is relatively high, and it decreases with the increase of density. PE film has moisture resistance and low moisture permeability. Polyethylene film (PE) can produce products with different properties, such as low-density, medium density, high-density polyethylene, ultra-high density polyethylene, and cross-linked polyethylene, depending on the manufacturing method and control measures.
Generally speaking, as the density increases, the mechanical and barrier properties will correspondingly improve, including heat resistance and durability. Polyethylene of the same density also has different properties due to different film-forming processes. This is because the drooling method can quickly cool down, causing differences in crystallinity, transparency, and more irregular molecular arrangement, resulting in differences in barrier properties such as transmittance, elongation, and tear resistance.
