Phenomenon: The lower film falls off the chain and cannot move synchronously with the chain, causing abnormal stretching and packaging of the product.
Reason:
(1) The width of the lower membrane is narrow.
(2) The chain clamp is not tight.
(3) The membrane direction is skewed.
Resolvent:
(1) Make the cutting width of the lower film wider to ensure it matches the width of the chain.
(2) Repair the chain clamp.
(3) Adjust the position of the lower film to align the center of the lower film with the center of the chain.
