Phenomenon: Wrinkles on the film after product packaging.
Reason:
(1) The heat sealing temperature is too high, the film is subjected to too much heat, and the upper film shrinks.
(2) When the machine is stopped, the upper film stays in the heat sealing plate for a long time, and the film receives a lot of heat, causing it to shrink.
(3) There are wrinkles on the film before heat sealing.
(4) There are foreign objects or scratches on the heat sealing plate.
(5) The heat sealing gasket is uneven.
Resolvent:
(1) Reduce the heat sealing temperature, minimize the heat on the upper film, and reduce the shrinkage of the upper film.
(2) To ensure the continuous operation of the film during production and reduce the number of on-off cycles, in order to minimize the problem of excessive heating of the film during shutdown and avoid wrinkles caused by shrinkage and deformation of the film due to excessive heating.
(3) There are wrinkles on the film before heat sealing. If the film is applied, it is required to control the quality of the product during the production process to avoid wrinkles; If there are wrinkles before stretching, it is required to control the quality of the product during the production process to avoid wrinkles; If the lower film has wrinkles during the stretching process, it indicates that the lower film has been heated too much during the stretching process, reducing the stretching temperature, stretching preheating time, and stretching forming time; Alternatively, if there are foreign objects or board injuries on the stretching heating plate, remove the foreign objects and repair the heating plate.
(4) Remove foreign objects from the heat sealing plate and repair the heat sealing plate.
(5) Repair the heat sealing gasket to ensure that it is flat and there are no gaps.
