Solution to the problem of poor heat sealing of the film

Phenomenon: After being heat sealed or sterilized, there may be separation and layering between the upper and lower films.
Reason:
(1) The heat sealing temperature is low and cannot meet the requirements of the inner layer heat sealing temperature.
(2) One or both of the inner and outer heat sealing surfaces of the upper and lower membranes are incorrect.
Resolvent:
(1) Raise the heat sealing temperature to reach the required temperature for the inner layer heat sealing material, but not too high, otherwise there may be issues with sticking the heat sealing plate and deformation of the upper film.
(2) Adjust the heat sealing surface of one or both of the upper and lower films to ensure that the heat sealing surfaces of the upper and lower films correspond.
