1. Unitization: One of the characteristics of wrapping film packaging. With the help of super strong wrapping force and retractability, the product is tightly and fixedly tied into a unit, making scattered small pieces into a whole. Even in unfavorable environments, the product can ensure that there is no looseness or separation of the product, so as to avoid damage.
2. Primary protection: a type of protection applied to the surface of a commodity. To form a lightweight and protective surface around the product, thereby achieving the purpose of dust, oil, moisture, and water resistance, making the packaged items evenly stressed and avoiding damage caused by uneven stress. This is also something that some traditional packaging methods (such as bundling, packing, tape, etc.) cannot achieve.
3. Compression fixation: The product is wrapped and packaged with the help of the retraction force after stretching the wrapping film. It forms a compact, space free unit that tightly wraps goods together, effectively preventing misalignment and movement of goods during transportation. At the same time, the adjustable stretching force can make hard products tightly adhere and soft products compact, especially in the packaging of tobacco and textile industries.
4. Cost saving: Using wrapping film for packaging can effectively reduce usage costs. The use of wrapping film only accounts for about 15% of the original box packaging, about 35% of heat shrink film, and about 50% of cardboard packaging. At the same time, it can reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve packaging efficiency and packaging grade.
