Structure Of Stretch Film Machine

There are two main parts:
1. Stretch forming: The main task is to pass a flat and stretchable film through a bonding heating plate, increase the temperature of the film to increase its plasticity, and then stretch the film into the same shape as the mold through compressed air and suction.
2. Heat sealed packaging: The main task is to extract the air inside the film after the upper and lower films converge, forming a vacuum state. The upper film comes into contact with the heat sealing plate on top and is heated by the heat of the heat sealing plate, melting the heat sealing layer material of the upper and lower films. Then, through pressure compression, the upper and lower films are bonded together to form a whole, ensuring that the product packaging does not leak air.
Other structures include: lower film unwinding, upper film unwinding, printing film cursor tracking, previous printing, horizontal and vertical cutting blades, running chains, etc.
