Working Condition Of Stretch Film Machine

1. Lower film unwinding
The lower film is installed on the unwinding reel, and the clamp on the chain clamps the edge of the lower film. Through the operation of the chain, the lower film is driven forward. In order to ensure the stability of the tension of the lower film during operation, a tension adjustment device is installed at the unwinding point.
2. Stretch forming
When the film runs under the stretching forming plate, the lower film is preheated by the heating plate before stretching forming.
3. Roll up the film
The upper film is installed on the unwinding reel, and is heat sealed together with the lower film at the heat sealing plate through tension rollers, cursor tracking devices, and guide rollers. In order to ensure the stability of the upper film tension during operation, a tension adjustment device is installed at the unwinding reel.
4. Heat sealing device
After the upper and lower films converge, the heat sealing device first seals the upper and lower films, and then draws the air in the upper and lower parts to a vacuum state. Afterwards, the upper heat sealing plate heats the film, so that the upper and lower films are heat sealed together under pressure, ensuring that the product does not leak air after leaving the heat sealing plate.
5. Print date
According to different requirements, the printing date method used is different, and the position of the device for printing the date is also different. Printing with a ribbon is done before the heat sealing plate, while printing with ink is done after the heat sealing plate.
6. Splitting
The entire film with the product needs to be cut in both horizontal and vertical directions in order to divide multiple packaged products into individual products.
7. Sterilization
The packaged product needs to be sterilized in a sterilization pot.
